Terms & Conditions for Booking and Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction These terms and conditions govern the booking process for new customers at DrVKent Aesthetics. By placing a booking and paying the deposit, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Booking Deposit

• A fixed booking deposit of €75 is required to secure a new customer appointment.

• This deposit is payable at the time of booking through the “Reserve & Gift” page on www.drvkent.com.

• The deposit is applied towards the total cost of your scheduled service.

3. Rescheduling Policy

• Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

• If you need to reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the appointment time, please contact our office directly. While we will attempt to accommodate your needs, the ability to reschedule is not guaranteed.

4. Cancellation Policy

• To cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance of the appointment time will result in a full refund of the deposit.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment time will result in the forfeiture of the deposit as a late cancellation fee.

5. No-Show Policy

• Failure to attend your appointment without notifying our clinic will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

• If you miss your appointment, please contact us to discuss options for rescheduling.

6. Refunds

• Refunds of deposits are processed according to the cancellation policy outlined above.

• Refunds will be returned via the original payment method used during booking.

• All refunds are subject to an administrative fee to cover payment processing costs if applicable.

• Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.

• Accidental bookings made by customers through the online system are not exempt from our refund policies. Customers are responsible for ensuring they correctly process their transactions.

7. Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are available for purchase and can be redeemed for any services offered by DrVKent Aesthetics.

• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.

8. Privacy Policy

• We are committed to protecting your privacy. Information collected from clients is used solely for the purpose of processing bookings and improving our services.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• DrVKent Aesthetics reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
